At Goshen Community Projects, we are passionate about supporting the well-being of our elderly community. This summer, we are thrilled to launch Pamper Me – a 3-month free therapy programme dedicated to elderly women in Southwark.

Through this project, we aim to provide not only physical relief but also emotional and social upliftment for our treasured elderly women.

What’s Included?

💆 Deep Tissue Massage – Relieve tension, improve circulation, and rejuvenate the body.
💆‍♀️ Neck and Back Massage – Ease aches and promote relaxation in areas that need it most.
🤝 Social and Mental Boost – Foster connections, laughter, and a sense of belonging.

This initiative is designed to nurture the body, mind, and spirit, ensuring participants leave each session refreshed, valued, and cared for.
